Ministry & Pastoral Burnout
Helping you connect with your values and recover.
You may have arrived here because…
You believe that because you’re experiencing burnout, you’re not cut out for ministry or the type of role that you’re in.
You don’t feel like you can show what’s really going on to folks in your community since you’re expected to be a role model as a minister.
You find it difficult to muster up the energy to do your church or ministry tasks.
You may have already pushed through several layers of burnout to the point that you can no longer function in your usual capacity - whether in ministry or your personal life.
You’re ready to leave the role of ministry you’re in, but you feel like you need to stay in it for the sake of those under your leadership.
However you arrived here, I’m so glad you’re here. Read on to see if my counseling for ministry and pastoral burnout services might help you.
My experience with burnout in ministry
In addition to regularly working with church and ministry staff since 2012, I’ve also been heavily involved in ministry myself, both in a high-profile leadership position with my college ministry as well as being on church staff for three years.
Not only have I walked with many folks through their burnout recovery experience, I went through my own ministry burnout experience while I was on church staff.
By infusing my clinical training with my own experiences, I’m able to more fully see your burnout experience while guiding you through the journey of recovery.
